Dr. Monica Bautista - Veterinarian

Dr. Monica Bautista was born in California and raised in the Philippines.

In 2009, she moved to the United States and attended Arizona State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in biology. She received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Midwestern University.

After graduating from veterinary school in 2019, Dr. Bautista pursued a one-year small animal medicine and surgery internship at VCA Veterinary Emergency Services and Veterinary Specialty Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Upon completing her internship, she decided to move back to Arizona and joined Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital in July 2020.

Dr. Bautista's special interests lie in oncology, internal medicine, and emergency medicine. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Her furry friends include Yukibear, a 9-year-old Samoyed, and her two cats Lily and Lando.
